Same here. No Streamdeck and KM is not running. 14" MBP 2021 M1 running 
2.4.0 on Ventura 13.2.1. Hoping for a fix as QS is my go-to 
navigation/launcher. Whenever working on others' machines, the first thing 
I do is install QS so I can easily navigate.
