Is there any valid reason why this explanation was removed from the
book? aalib is the only dependency (that is in the BLFS book) that
is not on by default. Seems leaving it there would have caused no
harm.

No replies to this message will indicate that there is no valid
reason, and I'll put it back in the instructions.

I thought the command explanations section was to explain the commands we use. This text describes an option we don't use, that is why I removed it. Reviewing the output of ./configure --help, there are many other options we don't use. How many of them should we discuss? Why discuss any of them? Surely people can review the available options themselves? And is AAlib really such a usefull addition to SDL's capabilities? If it was, wouldn't the SDL developers have enabled it by default?
