There are several problems with your patch.
1. There are several fixes. Send one patch per fix and put each patch in
the relevant ticket.
2. Let the editors update the change log. Some things, like URL changes
don't warrant a change log entry.
3. We don't add a new download location to general.ent for every URL.
However, you are starting to get the idea.
