Don't use this link:
ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/fonts/
Why? The version of URW fonts there is very old with a capital OLD!!!!
(dating around 1998!!!!)
If I did the commit, I would use this link instead:
http://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/AFPL/GhostPCL/urwfonts-1.41.tar.bz2
