There's a new version of libjpeg, I'm not sure when it was released but
it's version 7. I would like to get it in to the book but the trouble is a
_lot_ of packages use it as a dependency - optional or otherwise - and it
would prove a monumental task to check it against every package. I propose
that we throw it in and see if any issues come up. I've done some basic
testing and tiff compiled fine against it, I'll do some more testing as I
come across packages that require it.
