Continue to use the firefox tarball to provide xulrunner - it has moved on
to the 1.9.1-series.
Persuading 3.5 to use nss and nspr from the shipped xulrunner looks to be
a lot more work than for 3.0, I haven't managed it yet. Meanwhile, the
existing instructions continue to apply for 3.0.12.
