#3029: Pth-2.0.7 won't build with make -j2

I build most every package with make -j2 to make use of both cpu's
in my machine. When building Pth-2.0.7 using make -j2 in place of
make the build exited with an error. I propose that a warning not
to use the -j option on the make command be added to the Pth page.
This makes sense since using make -j2 is mentioned early in th LFS
book.
