Because I do not have a dual (or more) core system to test BLFS
right now, I cannot test this.
We need more information, including the *exact* error message.
As we don't mention the -j2 other than in LFS where it says to
use it at your own discretion (risk), I'm not sure what to do
with this ticket.
The error message would be nice.
