#3107: MesaLib-7.6 r200 driver fails to compile

I built MesaLib-7.6, using the required dependencies but none of the
optional dependencies, during a build of XOrg-7.5. The r200 driver
produced a compile error and wouldn't build. I wasn't able to diagnose
the error further, but removing the r200, r300, r600, and radeon dri
drivers from the Makefile and continuing worked, as I'm not using a Radeon
graphics card.
