Version 2.7 of Python exhibits the same thing, but I'm not sure it
really matters. The solution provided earlier in this ticket is almost
10 years old, and Python has done nothing.
Is it really something we need to worry about, because a test is
skipped?
It has nothing to do with OpenSSL-1.0.0. I say this ticket should
probably be closed as "too old of an issue to worry about".
