I doubt any of these are more important, my intention was to say it's
more important a "required" dependency should be in the book, than a
"recommended" dependency. Beyond what I put in #3179, I noted the
following "requires one of these options" where options aren't in the book

balsa: GtkSpell
xinelib and mpg123: JACK or PulseAudio (here be dragons!)
