Actually, there are 3 ways to get APR installed for
Subversion. 1) Install Apache HTTPD. 2) Install the
"Subversion dependency package" which also includes
Neon and whatever else is required. 3) Install the
actual APR package.
While doing some research this morning, I read that
since Apache has taken over the Subversion product,
there is talk of including some sort of Apache Lite
in the Subversion tarball that would include the
APR stuff. We'll just have to see.
