I've built it today, but way different from book's instructions. I built
it on top of Xulrunner and I found out that symlinks for xpcshell and run-
mozilla.sh are still necesary. Also, there is some elf-hack introduced
which causes firefox build to fail if building on top of system Xulrunner.
ac_add_options --disable-elf-hack makes it build again.
