I apologize to Randy for the unnecesary modifications and everyone else 
for not asking first.

I was using template/template.xml as my "guide" to editing, so that's 
where option vs parameter come in.

I wasn't aware that American English was used when editing the book. I 
was taught British English and I didn't even know about Serial comma 
untill recently.

I never used it in first place - you can see in every package that I 
added and/or upgraded that it is missing when deps are listed and no one 
ever warned me about that, so I really didn't know.
