Version increment to 1.9.3-p374
ftp://ftp.ruby-lang.org/pub/ruby/1.9/
Note that there is a pending 2.0 release as well.
For the p374 release, the --enable-pthread parameter is obsolete and
ignored. Ruby also build a dbm module that links in Berkeley DB if it is
installed.
Also, we could pass the --ridir parameter to install the ri docs in the
/usr/share/doc hierarchy instead of /usr/share/ri.
