What a parcel of rogues!
There was apparently a fix for DESTDIR installs in january, but I can't
make sense of the multi-file diff at [https://github.com/rust-
lang/rust/pull/38654/files] (that was because gentoo complained DESTDIR no
longer worked).
I see that gentoo are still using

--disable-rustbuild
}}}
for 1.15.1, whilst Arch (who seem to use DESTDIR without problems) are on
1.14.0 which presumably pre-dates the change to use rustbuild.
If there was a better browser than firefox, for those of us who build from
source, I would use it.
