This (indirectly) birings up a point recently discussed regarding LFS6.0 
and binutils - that there seems to be no provision in {,B,H}LFS for an 
errata for previous releases.

Perhaps an early chapter pointing the user to a known fixed URL which 
contains fixes\changes\recommendations to released books would be 
beneficial?

I know there are several issues with packages that have been discovered in 
LFS since the 6.0 release. Even if a release has no errata, a URL that 
states that fact would be useful.
