You're probably right. I was just trying to give credence to the
default of *every* package using libexecdir=/usr/libexec.
I can live with libexecdir=/usr/lib/packagename easy. This would
be much better the /usr/sbin.
I'm just saying they don't belong in /usr/sbin.
Agreed wholeheartedly.
Now we just have to convince the masses. :-)
The very reaching effect of this is that we don't have to list it in
the "Installed Programs" sections of the BLFS instructions. :-)
