OK. I'm changing the existing sed in the book to this:

sed -i -e "s/managed</comment=&/" \
       -e "s/pamconsole/users/" \
    fdi/policy/10osvendor/10-storage-policy.fdi

OK. I'll put the following in the "Configuration" section of the
HAL instructions with some text explaining what it is used for and
where to insert it in the file (you could really help out by
writing the text about what it is for):

Agreed. Remind me about the UTF-8 book link when UTF-8 is actually
merged. Sorry for so many messages about this. I was making it out
to be more than it actually is.
