This stuff here is probably best put into a configuration file apart
from the /usr hierarchy. These types of customizations probably belong
in the file /etc/hal/fdi/policy/30user.

I'm updating HAL/DBUS stuff in the book, so we might as well make
this determination as well.

We change the /usr policy stuff as the original is wrong for us.
However, this change is additional stuff, which belongs in /etc.
Besides, it is a good thing to show folks, so that any further
customizations are done in /etc/ and not /usr/.

Any problems with this?
