Doesn't validate, at least where it is located right now. Perhaps it would be better to just insert [para condition="html" class="usernotes"]User Notes: [ulink url="http://.......[/ulink][/para] Into the section desired and adjust the appearance with css. For instance, I think the best place to put the link would be at the end of the "Installation" section, before "Command Explanations".
