Here's a relevant bug about the brokenness of the mozilla-nss.pc file
and lack of headers installed for nss from mozilla.  Seems there are a
few bugs about these kinds of issues that aren't really being
resolved.  I did a query on "system nss".  Here's some results that
cover some of the issues being addressed in the BLFS book.
