I like the changes. I think they make the whole thing clearer. I do remember being very confused when I first read the instructions some time ago. I think it's clearer now. One nitpick that's just my opinion. You have "In addition, the source code cannot be downloaded to some countries." This sounds unusual to me, and I prefer "downloaded in some countries." Otherwise, I like it.
