If so, I think the placement is OK, but the CSS could be adjusted to
render it a bit smaller and less 'ostentatious' as you say. That's just
a matter of presentation and not really document structure. I agree that
a standard of should be adopted for all cases in the book. I saw at
least one instance where it appeared differently. Check the bottom of
