That's right. I tried several iterations and was using openssl as a testbed. Some other places also got in though. I'd like to settle on: <para condition="html" role="usernotes">User Notes: <ulink url='&blfs-wiki;/OpenSSL'/></para> </sect2> Where the </sect2> is the first one in the page.
