When a comment applies to a specific package, I think putting it on the
package page is preferable. I really don't want to have a situation
where this would dominate the whole page. In that case, a pointer to
the user notes is more appropriate.
So, do you want the patch(es) on the page? I can always link to the
wiki for the explanation.
