Unfortunatelly, I amn't, it's just a documentation (that, as you know, 
may describe one of the PREVIOUS releases, not the CURRENT one). 
Moreover, I rely on LFS so I enabled packet filtering and I use 
libpcap.

You can check this if you really built ppp without libpcap, while I 
amn't :(
