That's the main purpose. In the book, there are User Notes links on
every page so you can find out some more info.

But there are some other pages that don't correspond directly to
packages in the book. For instance, there's a Games section. How's

Just reproducing the list you gave before would be a good start. Click
on the "Wiki Formatting" links to see neat ways to make bullet lists,
command boxes, etc.
