Having looked at the Wiki section you linked to, I am left a little unsure as to its purpose. Is it just a list of stubs that match the packages in the current book (and is it thus synchronised with the current book ?).
That's the main purpose. In the book, there are User Notes links on every page so you can find out some more info. But there are some other pages that don't correspond directly to packages in the book. For instance, there's a Games section. Sounds like Juerg knows more about all this than me anyway but I'll try and knock something up for the Wiki for you.
Yes, Jürg is a smart fellow, but he's got his own baby to take care of: http://www.paldo.org/ Just reproducing the list you gave before would be a good start.
