Actually, there are no browser settings at all. The procedure for
downloading has changed so that a geographically nearby mirror is
automatically chosen. You won't always get the same mirror due to
load balancing on Sourceforge's part.

So, that said, no explanation in the book about the mirrors is
really even necessary. I'm simply going to change everything from
'prdownloads' to 'downloads' (using 'downloads' eliminates one
step of opening the projects download page, the file still
automatically downloads, but changing it saves lots of time on
the transfer).

Setting it up so that the same mirror is always chosen is easy, but
it requires you to log in to the Sourceforge network. Big hassle.
