Instead of in the Shadow instructions, it should be in the Linux-PAM
instructions. We only install Shadow in BLFS because Linux-PAM is
installed, then a *reinstallation* of Shadow. And because Linux-PAM
instructions show to create /etc/pam.d/other, the creation of the
directory should be in Linux-PAM instructions *not* Shadow's.
