OK, I found and fixed two problems.

First, there was a change to general.ent that broke my install script.
I am parsing the entity downloads-root directly. It can't have any
embedded entities.

Second, mailx was not installed on quantum.

As you probably saw on -book, the patches repository is missing several

xorg-server-1.1.1-security-1.patch': No such file or directory
firefox-1.5.0.9-system_nss-1.patch': No such file or directory
firefox-1.5.0.9-pangoxft-1.patch': No such file or directory
thunderbird-1.5.0.9-system_nss-1.patch': No such file or directory
thunderbird-1.5.0.9-pangoxft-1.patch': No such file or directory

But we have:

and

Added:
   trunk/xorg-server/xorg-server-1.1.0-security-1.patch
   trunk/xorg/xorg-server-1.1.0-security-1.patch

===================

There is a mismatch with xorg-server-1.1.0-security-1.patch vs
                         xorg-server-1.1.1-security-1.patch

but not the others. Continuing to investigate.
