Hmm.  It seems to be in the wrong place.  It also does not mention
-qt-sql-<driver> as opposed to -plugin-sql-<driver> which is there.

I missed this.  Perhaps moving it to Command Explanations and expanding
it a bit would work.

Running `./configure -I/usr/include/mysql -help` does autodetect mysql
