Gosh - I really hope it doesn't!

I'm not sure if I can do anything to help but if I can I will.

Perhaps this goes back to the old problem - without some sort of package 
management most users leave LFS/BLFS eventually. I am coming back to it 
now for a home server project but for my desktop, it's Ubuntu; because 
it is manageable...
