The result is probably very different from today's Dillo.

No users among editors => bit rot. Also, each package doesn't sit in the book 
just to be there, but because it carries some useful functionality. Is Dillo 
currently (or with the patch) functional enough to be in the book?

OTOH, UTF-8 problems in the "save" dialog are unavoidable because of GTK1 and 
are not affected by the patch (see 
http://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/wiki/XWindowSystemComponents#ProblemwithlegacytoolkitsandUTF-8locales),
 
so maybe it is still a good idea to remove the package until it transitions to 
FLTK.
