 For the second, I'm puzzled - I did both the previous updates, and
I definitely uploaded the files to anduin.  ISTR that dj mailed me
about the ownership/group of one I'd done at some time, but it
seemed to be ok when I looked at it (assumed it had been fixed).

 Checking this now, I've been putting them in
/srv/www/htdocs/anduin/files/BLFS and I'd assumed they were like
-patches, i.e. the links get regenerated when the book is rendered,
so I can't expect them to work when I test what I'm about to commit.
But your changes for .13 aren't there, so where do you put them ?
