I was updating the mirrors and see that texlive-20100722-texmf.tar.xz is 1.1G in size. We've got the room, but I hesitate to enable that kind of bandwidth usage for the servers. I'm inclined to not include the file. I can create a small text file: texlive-20100722-texmf.tar.xz.unavailable with contents that point to the tug location.
