Either of these two. However, I'll take a peek at building and configuring the package and see if we can't get something that works. I do not think dropping the package from the book is the proper thing to do when at worst case we can offer the pre- compiled version as a stop gap. I do know that I have installed from source and had things working once, but I do not know if I still have that installation.
