I've now merged the lcms2 part of Wayne's changes, as 'lcms2'. I remember some discussion about whether the book could drop lcms1 now. I think Andy tested some of its users with lcms2, but I don't recall the outcome (and I'm only perhaps 10% of the way through getting gnome-3 in, so not willing to take the time to look!).
If it's ok to remove lcms1 and point all its users to lcms2, I'll leave it to someone who cares!
