 Now that we are in a process of "continuous development" without
expecting to make a release, putting some copies in the museum would
be a very good idea.

 I'm less enamoured of the "every x months" idea, and I don't
particularly agree that cleaning up started about a month ago
(unless you only care about removing old packages).

 If anybody cares, before I started merging the gnome-3 stuff I put
what wasthe current book at
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~ken/blfs-book-gnome2-2012-01-20/
and it will stay there for a few more months.

 More generally, if we could agree on when the significant
milestones in the book were, then we could pull out the revisions.
But I don't hold out much hope that we *can* agree :)
