I removed the unused perl modules and updated the rest to the most recent 
versions.
The external cpan deps were direct links to tarballs, which were located in 
versioned directories on cpan. This meant that it was necessary to maintain 
version numbers for all the external deps in general.ent (around 35 packages). 
Add this to the 20 perl modules that were in blfs.
I changed the external links to point to the packages' websites, so we no 
longer need to keep track of version numbers for these.
Currently, we only need to maintain 10 perl modules (an accomplishable task).

Additionally, there are 3 perl modules used by packages, which are not in the 
book:
http::server (used by wget, only for the test suite)
getopt::argvfile (used by ImageMagick for converting txt to html)
crypt::ssleay (used by gnucash)

These could be added to blfs, if someone is up for it...
