Could be, but the proprietary nvidia driver works quite well.  I get 
smooth scrolling and no graphics breakup.  The raw speed of the display 
is significantly better.

Now all I have to do is get my seamonkey 1.x data migrated to the new 
2.10.1 and I can go to the new system permanently.  Of course I'll need 
to explore a wm other than twm in the new system.  :)
