For me, dbus-launch is found in the tools/, not in the current
directory.
I can pick this up if/when I get firefox-29 built on this current
system.
That's what comes from freezing my build at 2nd May. I can now see
that you fixed it in r13021, although neither the commit message nor
the changelog entry indicated that.
Yes, I fixed it, but forgot to document it since it was such a small change.
