Either your SBU stats are broken or something else is going on. It takes
at least 40 seconds to build the package with "make -j4" where SBU is
something little over 1:30.

I sure as hang hope the sbu calculation is not wrong.  The script that I
am using Bruce helped me make.



I have to apologize here. It's possible that last time I was under heavy
load when I built it last time. It takes 10 seconds with "make". But if
you add configure time there, I guess it's reasonable to use 0.1 SBU
instead of less than.

My general rule of thumb is to use 'less than' if it is 0.799 sbu or less and round up to '0.1' if it's greater. You could make a case for a different number though.
