In my case the sbu value was calculated as:

.056

Which is why I thought to change the value to less than 0.1.

I just want to get things correct, because if my SBU calculations are
wrong it means that I have to correct the script and go through and
calculate all the values I have done again correctly, and change the
pages accordingly.
