Sorry, I think it should be where the corresponding object is, because
of updating, removing, any operation, in general, would not risk to
leave a man page for a corresponding non-installed.

For KDE and Qt{4,5}, it can be added to the corresponding .sh at
/etc/profile.d. For LO, add to extrapaths.sh?

OK, thanks. Perhaps predicting things that might install them there, it
wouldn't be wrong to include the man pages path, as I suggested above?
