It's not like it's 100 MB. You could simply add it to the full build size. I believe that unless some additional feature (documentation, tests, etc) adds more than 5% of the size it isn't even worth mentioning. Like, as an example, you have a package that takes 500 MB of space to build and install, yet it contains "additional 5 MB for the tests" ... doh - just make it 505 and be done with it.
