Pierre, yesterday I spent almost all day with testing new patch for LO
(32 bit). Had some trouble (always forget build fails via ssh), and it
finished when I was already sleeping. This morning found that it works
and newly installed LO works fine too. I will submit the patch and keep
it as needed for 32 bit. Please, if you find that x86_64 needs it, fix
the book, or tell me to do it, whatever you prefer.

Right now building without the patch on a 64 bit VM. Let's see whether it passes.
