I was merely announcing a new release of my own scripts for testing
latex.

I assume you are concerned about the texlive 2015 source, but you'll
have to wait a bit longer for that.  I got a binary installer via
http://tug.org/texlive/pretest.html and that untars to 20150523
but to actually install it I had to follow the instructions from a
japanese site and use
 --repository http://ftp.math.utah.edu/pub/texlive/tlpretest/
[ for me, that was comparatively slow, about 3 hours, but then it is
5000 miles away from here ]
