I assume you are concerned about the texlive 2015 source, but you'll have to wait a bit longer for that. I got a binary installer via http://tug.org/texlive/pretest.html and that untars to 20150523 but to actually install it I had to follow the instructions from a japanese site and use --repository http://ftp.math.utah.edu/pub/texlive/tlpretest/ [ for me, that was comparatively slow, about 3 hours, but then it is 5000 miles away from here ] The latest announcement was http://tug.org/pipermail/tex-live/2015-May/036832.html ĸen -- Nanny Ogg usually went to bed early.
