On my i7 I build the docs for llvm (well, I assume I built them, I
haven't actually looked at them, this is just to test the book).
And that needs Sphinx, which depends on setuptools : found a tarball
for that on Saturday after the ez_setup.py I had been using
downloaded the zip then decided it wasn't a zip file - and people
wonder why I dislike python :)

Anyway, there are attempts at the moment to move the kernel docs to
new processes, and Sphinx will possibly be used.  If that happens,
perhaps Sphinx, and therefore setuptools, should become part of the
trunk book.
