To me, this looks like more of why we upgraded (uninitialized
values, and perhaps timeouts will cause an apparent DOS - but no
idea what in particular was involved).
I've resumed the build on my ryzen for this and inkscape, can pick
it up if the patch applies and you, or Douglas, wish.
Meanwhile, the slowcoach machine is building the full deps for
libreoffice to confirm no issues with reinstating system boost and
system openssl.
